We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders cannot be canceled as they are already processed.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
